Disconnected from Self: Feelings of disassociation, unworthiness, or as though life is fog. Trauma can bury our true selves.
Tired of Unhelpful Solutions: You’ve tried watching countless videos, reading articles, even dabbling in meditation, yet the pain still lingers. It’s not that you can’t heal—it’s that you haven’t been guided by a method that understands you.

Healing from Childhood Trauma
Do you ever feel like something unseen is keeping you stuck, like a weight you can’t quite name?

Maybe it's a quiet, persistent feeling that shows up in your relationships, your work, or even the way you see yourself.Childhood trauma has a way of lingering, even when we think we've moved past it. It seeps into the cracks of our adult lives, shaping how we live, love, and dream.I understand this struggle deeply because I’ve been there. I know what it's like to carry unspoken pain, to walk through life feeling as if an invisible weight is pressing on you.

Healing from trauma is not about "fixing" yourself. It's about acknowledging the pieces of you that have been hurt and learning how to nurture them back to life
Recognizing the Impact of Trauma
Trauma often stays hidden. We may not always recognize the ways it manifests in our behavior or emotions. It might show up as anxiety in relationships, fear of vulnerability, or a deep-seated belief that we're unworthy of happiness. For many of us, the trauma of our childhood becomes the filter through which we experience the world as adults. But here’s the thing—those experiences don’t have to control your present or your future.Healing begins with recognition. It’s about stepping back and asking ourselves hard questions:How has this experience shaped me?What are the patterns I see in my life that I want to break free from?Recognizing trauma is the first step toward reclaiming your power.

My Personal Journey
I didn't start my healing journey because I had all the answers. In fact, it was the opposite. I started because I felt stuck.I had to unravel the pain layer by layer, giving myself permission to feel everything I’d been holding inside.Along the way, I discovered that healing is messy, but it’s also beautiful. It doesn’t happen overnight, and that’s okay. The important thing is to keep going, to keep choosing yourself every single day.
Tools for Healing
Through my journey, I’ve learned that healing is not one-size-fits-all. It’s deeply personal, and it takes time. Here are a few tools that can help you get started:
The Five-Minute Journal encourages daily self-reflection and gratitude, which can help you shift your mindset and embrace positivity.
Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser: Using a scented essential oil diffuser can help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance your meditation or journaling sessions.
Weighted Blanket for Deep Rest: Trauma often affects sleep quality. A weighted blanket provides gentle pressure, promoting a sense of calm and helping you rest more deeply, reducing anxiety and stress.
Lavender Eye Pillow: Lavender eye pillow is soothing. It applies a gentle pressure to help calm the mind and release tension, making it ideal for sleep or rest.
Guided Meditation Cushion: Whether you're new to meditation or have practiced for years, a Zafu meditation cushion can provide the perfect support for quiet reflection, helping you center your thoughts and emotions.

From Lost to Empress: Breaking Generational CursesI grew up disconnected from myself, lost in the matrix, and stuck in limbo. My life was defined by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and a profound lack of self-awareness. But I refused to stay in that darkness. I overcame it all—and now, I stand in my power as an Empress.Hungry for liberation, I explored Buddhism, Hinduism, and traditional psychology. This ignited a fire within me to dive even deeper. I revisited Islam, Black Psychology, African Traditional Religions, Christianity, Rastafarianism, and Racial Healing. These paths showed me the way to reclaim my identity and heal my lineage.Let me tell you a truth most people won’t: Time does NOT heal all wounds. Healing takes intention, dedication, and a clear path forward. Many are willing to put in the effort, but without knowing what to work on or how to start, they remain stuck.I broke the chains of generational trauma, and now I’m here to teach you how to do the same. If you’re ready to face your truth and rise, I will guide you on the path to liberation.

My Journey: From Trauma to HealingFor years, I struggled silently, thinking I could outwork or outrun my pain. But in my 30s, I uncovered the truth: I wasn’t dealing with mere "life challenges"—I was facing unaddressed trauma, mental health battles, and possible PTSD.Growing up in a home filled with unspoken violence and neglect, I often felt invisible, questioning if I even belonged. The abuse I endured—from physical and emotional harm to the constant sexualization of my body—left me carrying deep wounds that shaped my identity. I was taught that asking for help was weakness, so I bottled up my pain, turning to self-destructive habits in my twenties as I tried to escape the chaos within. It wasn’t until I discovered spiritual leaders like Mooji and Eckhart Tolle that I realized healing was possible. Their teachings helped me see I wasn’t broken—I was wounded but capable of transformation. This journey, though terrifying, became my path to reclaiming power, self-love, and purpose.
